Walk in the Woods
A collaborative Dance on Film featuring a special wooded area in Jenkintown
WALK IN THE WOODS is the second snow dance from Partners in Crime, Miss Chrissie Emma & Stephen Tolton. A journey through the small, wooded park by the Jenkintown train station. The dance begins in the deeper snow, struggling to take form as the frozen landscape impedes movement. We then travel to the center of the park, a bridge across a usually gentle creek, now icy cold. Running towards the other end of the snow-covered area, the dance concludes with expressive form by the split trunk of a long ago fallen tree.
